Rosie Dunscombe, Director
Rosie founded Blue Crane Consulting in 2021 to provide business and the public sector with the skills and knowledge to integrate sustainability into accounting, business decisions and strategy. As a Chartered Accountant with expertise in environmental economics she has 20 years’ experience focussing on accounting and sustainability.
Eléonore D'ocagne, Intern
Eléonore has worked for over two years in sustainable finance within investment banking and has experience in regulatory reporting for financial institutions. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Sustainability and Energy Management at Bocconi University. Eléonore is deeply interested in natural capital and biodiversity and is excited to put into practice what she has learned in her master's program.
Rosemarie St. Louis, Personal Assistant
Rosemarie is a former banking PA with over 30 years experience as an Executive Assistant in the City of London with project management and administration processes. She has always been particularly interested in natural health and wellness and a sustainable lifestyle.
Yen-pei Chen, Associate
Yen-pei Chen is a chartered accountant, corporate reporting consultant and integrated thinking advocate. Having started her career in tax practice, she has enjoyed a varied career in professional education publishing and in research and policy. She is currently working as a freelance technical expert for both Blue Crane Consulting and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).

Kirsty Neale, Associate
Kirsty Neale is a sustainability specialist with more than two decades’ experience working in a range of organisations including central government, management consultancy, asset management and blue chip companies. Since completing her Masters in Environmental Technology in 2003 she has been passionate about integrating sustainability into core business practices to reap both environmental, social and financial benefits.
Dr Marta Santamaria
Dr Marta Santamaria has 20+ years of experience in assessing the value provided by nature, people, and society to inform and transform decision making. Marta has worked extensively in the transformation of several economic sectors, including the energy, food, built environment and finance sector.
